Cyclosporine (modified) is usually taken twice a day. It is important to take both types of cyclosporine on a regular schedule. Take cyclosporine or cyclosporine (modified) at the same time(s) each day and allow the same amount of time between doses and meals every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand.
